Very friendly and accommodating staff. The glue came loose from one tooth for my permanent retainer, my orthodontist is not from here and they still were able to do a rebonding with a good price, and if it still bothered me, I was able to come back for readjustment. I would definitely recommend them.

I went to their Office with my teeth looking far from the greatest, but when I finished I felt like a million dollars and my teeth looked that way as well. I don’t have the words to describe how thankful I am to Dr. Dung and Sheena and staff! I’m here from Yokosuka, Japan for a medical procedure. I needed help with my retainers and due to the holidays and other reasons, I couldn’t see an orthodontist soon enough. I called Dr. Dungs office and Sheena was AMAZING. She kept me calm and when I came in, they helped me right away. The location is great and parking is easy as well. Thank you Dr. Dung and office Ohana for helping me.

Was visiting from Washington state and the retaining software for my braces had degraded and snapped on two of my teeth. After calling around and getting several quick and apologetic denials for an emergent visit from other local orthodontists, Dr. Dung was able to squeeze me in. The visit was timely and the staff and hygienist were helpful and courteous. If I lived on Oahu I would have made them my orthodontist for sure.
Dr. Dung has been exceptional and his entire team's service has been fantastic. I started my braces with another orthodontist and was at risk of losing teeth. Dr. Dung patiently and professionally helped my teeth get back on the right track. The staff are also super nice and gentle. The receptionist always sounds warm and welcome.
Dr. Dung is fantastic! I am a tourist to Hawaii and my braces broke. He squeezed a slot for me on the 2nd day and his 1st question to me was "how can I make you comfortable today?"
Dr. Shiraki and his staff are phenomenal! From day one, he provided good, thorough information on the process we would go through with her braces. While he kept me informed, he always spoke directly to my daughter and made sure she knew that her braces and hygiene were her responsibility. By doing so, he made her feel comfortable taking ownership of her experience and feeling like she could talk directly to him about any issues she was having. She has commented several times that she appreciated the rapport and respect that she felt from those conversations. His staff is friendly and organized. The entire journey with them has been exceptional and my daughter's teeth look beautiful! I would highly recommend him to anyone. I look forward to working with him and his team when it is time for my son to get braces.
Love the family vibes, the staff is efficient from scheduling along with processing claims, and Dr. Shiraki is honestly upfront (well known widely by other orthodontists/dental groups as a respectable educator) on why someone will need or not need braces or orofacial correction. He corrected prior cheap orthopedic work plus guaranteed his work, and everyone remembers my smile he had perfected without looking like I ever had braces. Like the fact that his work really shows in my smile but also in my children’s smile as well. They are conveniently located at Mililani Town Center (same side of Assagio’s and American Savings Bank), love their hours, and quickly responds to senseless non-emergencies along with real emergencies. Plus they sell affordable toothpaste, oral B toothbrushes, and replacement heads, teeth cleaning/whitening products. Also, additional family discounts.
