Dr. Shiraki and his staff are phenomenal! From day one, he provided good, thorough information on the process we would go through with her braces. While he kept me informed, he always spoke directly to my daughter and made sure she knew that her braces and hygiene were her responsibility. By doing so, he made her feel comfortable taking ownership of her experience and feeling like she could talk directly to him about any issues she was having. She has commented several times that she appreciated the rapport and respect that she felt from those conversations. His staff is friendly and organized. Love the family vibes, the staff is efficient from scheduling along with processing claims, and Dr. Shiraki is honestly upfront (well known widely by other orthodontists/dental groups as a respectable educator) on why someone will need or not need braces or orofacial correction. He corrected prior cheap orthopedic work plus guaranteed his work, and everyone remembers my smile he had perfected without looking like I ever had braces. Like the fact that his work really shows in my smile but also in my children’s smile as well. They are conveniently located at Mililani Town Center (same side of Assagio’s and American Savings Bank), love their hours, and quickly responds to senseless non-emergencies along with real emergencies. Plus they sell affordable toothpaste, oral B toothbrushes, and replacement heads, teeth cleaning/whitening products. Also, additional family discounts.

Dr. Shiraki is perfectionist and he and his friendly staff took such a great care of my baby. The office is helpful and trustworthy. He is the best in the business. Dr. Shiraki was amazing! It's been over 15 years since I got my retainer after having braces and my bottom one broke. My retainers are permanent so I was afraid he would have to replace them costing me an arm and a leg but he was able to fix just the broken area! When I called to book the appointment the lady who answered was extremely helpful and was able to get me in quickly. I cannot say enough positive things about everyone at Dr. Shirakis office!!!
